Dropping by our clinic may not always be possible.

But what if you could chat with our doctor from the comfort of your home and get your medicines sent right to your doorstep? Now you can with our teleconsultation service!

Follow these easy steps

Booking an Appointment

  1. Book a Tele-Consultation appointment with us using our booking app here
  2. Pick your preferred date and time
  3. You will receive TWO emails upon confirmation of the appointment.
    – One email from Acuity Scheduling to confirm your appointment date & time
    – One email from the clinic with the link and Call ID to join the video consult during your appointment
  4. If you’re a new patient, an additional step is required to fill in the Registration Form sent to you by SMS

Joining the Video Consult

  1. If you’re using your mobile phone for the teleconsultation, you will be required to download an app. Alternatively, you can join the video consult on a computer using either Google Chrome browser or Mozilla Firefox. 
  2. During the appointment time, click on the ‘Join Video Consult’ button.

After the Video Consult

  1. If there are medications prescribed, our clinic staff will be contacting you to arrange for self-collection of the medications or delivery at additional charges. 
  2. Your MC will be emailed to you directly if required!

  • Breathing difficulties
  • Chest pain
  • Choking
  • Weakness in arms or legs
  • Speech difficulty
  • Suicidal/homicidal thoughts
  • Seizures
  • Bleeding
  • Severe pain
  • Broken bones
  • Inability to tolerate fluids/foods
