Dr Rakesh serves as the Medical Director at New Path Medical & Aesthetics, a clinic dedicated to personalised medical care, holistic health, and subtle aesthetic enhancements.
He earned his M.B.B.S. from the prestigious Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine at the National University of Singapore in 2008. After gaining invaluable experience as a Medical Officer across various specialties in local restructured hospitals, he transitioned into Family Medicine, a field that aligns with his passion for comprehensive, patient-focused care.
With over 15 years of experience, Dr Rakesh is well-known for his clinical expertise and compassionate approach to healthcare. His additional qualifications include Graduate Diplomas in both Family Medicine and Mental Health, underscoring his commitment to addressing the full spectrum of patient needs—both physical and psychological. As the Resident Physician at New Path, he provides consultations for patients of all ages, performs minor surgeries, and administers advanced medical & aesthetic procedures.
Dr Rakesh’s reputation is built on his meticulous care and accurate diagnoses, with patients frequently describing his treatment plans as “spot-on.” His special interest in nutritional deficiencies allows him to emphasise preventive care and nutritional optimisation, helping patients improve both their short-term health and long-term well-being. He is particularly skilled at simplifying complex medical information, empowering patients to make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
His areas of expertise include intravenous (IV) iron infusion, PRP or APS injections, surgical and aesthetics procedures, with a focus on ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed throughout these advanced treatments.
