Medisave
Using the Medisave500 scheme, all Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are entitled to $500 annually for chronic disease management and selected vaccinations.
As of 1 January 2021, individuals diagnosed with more than one chronic condition will be entitled to $700 annually instead under the Medisave700 scheme.
Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP)
The CDMP covers outpatient treatment of the following conditions at our clinic:
- Diabetes mellitus
- Hypertension
- Hyperlipidaemia (Lipid Disorders)
- Stroke
- Asthma
- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disorder (COPD)
- Osteoarthritis
- Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH)
- Nephrosis / Nephritis
- Osteoporosis
- Psoriasis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
- Ischaemic Heart Disease
You can access this programme at our clinic and use yours or your family member’s Medisave accounts for outpatient treatment of these diseases up to $700 per individual per year. A 15% copayment is required for each claim.
National Child Immunisation Schedule (NCIS)
The vaccines in the NCIS protect against the following diseases:
- Influenza
- Tuberculosis
- Hepatitis B
- Tetanus, Reduced Diphtheria & Acellular Pertussis (Tdap)
- Polio
- Haemophilus Influenzae type b
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Pneumococcal disease

National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS)
The vaccines in the NAIS protect against the following diseases:
- Influenza
- Pneumococcal disease
- Human Papillomavirus
- Hepatitis B
- Tetanus, Reduced Diphtheria & Acellular Pertussis (Tdap)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
- Varicella
