CONSULTATION WITH DR RAKESH
NOTE: We'll be implementing a wave scheduling system! Here's what it means...
Four (4) slots will be available for booking at every hour. This reserves you a slot to consult the doctor in that time frame on a first-come-first-serve basis.
You'll need to arrive in the first 30 mins of the time slot you've booked in order to avoid prolonged waiting time, and we'll strive to see you within the hour.
For example, you've booked in for a 10am slot.
This means a slot has been reserved for you between 10am-11am.
You'll need to arrive by 10.30am latest to retain your consultation slot. We'll do our best to ensure you're able to consult the doctor before 11am.
However, during high volume sessions or sessions with pre-booked procedures, please note that longer than usual waiting times may apply accordingly. Do note that you may not necessarily be seen earlier if you were to arrive earlier than your pre-registration timing as well. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation.
BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR OTHER SERVICES
These appointment slots are for services performed by our trained staff. This includes appointments for health screenings or other lab tests, pre-departure COVID swabs, routine injections, vaccinations, etc.
Consultation with our doctor is not included in these appointments. You may be asked to register as a walk-in patient if you request for a consult during your appointment slot. Kindly note that this may lead to extended waiting time. Thus, if you would like to consult our doctor, kindly book an appointment for "Consultation with Dr Rakesh" instead.
