We have had very good experiences with both Dr Rakesh and his abled team of nurses. Dr Rakesh takes time to attend to our queries and explains treatment options clearly. He is never rushed. His nurses are competent, kind and take extra initiative to help, especially when we bring our young children. I remember Gabrielle very kindly helped my helper bandage a wound on her arm while we waited for Dr Rakesh to come in. It was during lunchtime and she was supposed to be having her lunch break. This is the extra mile she went. Thank you.

Chance upon Dr Rakesh 5 years ago at his old practice at Jalan malu malu and we've been with him ever since. Dr Rakesh is a dedicated and passionate doctor, he listen to his patients and will diagnosed his patient after a full thorough check. Never once we felt as though our concerns were swept under the rug, he always gave us the assurance and confidence that nothing is untreatable with modern science and he sees from our perspective as patients. Sometimes our karma brings us to meet good people. whoever is reading this review might be wondering why I am saying this because recently I realized that we need a family doctor, and then immediately Dr.Rakesh came to my mind as one of my close friends had already shared about him. Spacious clinic - new and clean, with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Processes like safe entry, invoice and MCs are all digital - which saves paper and it’s super convenient, since I don't need to stash the paperwork somewhere and not be able to find it later. Dr Rakesh is warm, approachable and patient. Make an appointment - it’s way more convenient. Great family doctor!
